SPI Essential Skills Training

Our training is designed to quickly target and improve strategic alignment, efficiency, and wellbeing, building the foundations for effective leadership, engaged teams, and high impact work.

4-Hour Integrated Training

The 10-week Integrated Training goes into greater depth to build core competencies, expanding on work effectiveness and relational wellbeing skills, and consistently linking them to organizational purpose and strategy. Like all trainings, it can be geared toward leadership development or team management.

A la carte Trainings offer focused, 4-hour investments in each of the core competency areas:
