Strengthening culture, scaling capacity, and staying profitable is not easy.
But it can be simple.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is straightforward. Profit follows purpose. When organizations create and communicate cultures with purpose, they generate healthier individuals, communities, and environments.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to generate positive change from the inside out. We do this through simple solutions that strengthen people, profit, and the planet. Developing healthy people refines organizational culture, improves the user experience, and creates space to focus on your company’s greater impact.

Our Process

We use a holistic approach to generate positive systemic change at scale. To maximize effectiveness and applicability our work is:

  1. Inclusive: we are Human Centered

  2. Innovative: we leverage Design Thinking

  3. Integrative: we utilize Systems Theory

  4. Iterative: we engage Emergent Strategy

Our Values

  • Care of People: We share our expertise with under-resourced organizations at no cost.

  • Care of Earth: We give 1% for the planet and are working toward climate neutral certification.

  • Care of Future: We work to leave a healthier world in the hands of future generations.
